Suppliers are required to provide verification of ownership and control through a third party certification agency for Cushman & Wakefield to recognize diversity status. Certification agencies include:

  • National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
  • Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
  • Small Business Administration (SBA)
