Aaron joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity Debt & Structured Finance group in 2011 in the Boston office to support both the Boston Practice as well as the Senior Housing Practice, and was brought on to specifically support the originating, structuring, selling and placing of debt and equity investments nationally on Senior Housing and Healthcare related properties.
Prior to C&W, Aaron was a Vice President with Sovereign Bank in its senior housing and lending practice. There, he was responsible for managing a portfolio across multiple clients, comprised of senior housing and healthcare clients including CCRCs, senior living systems, hospitals and nursing homes. His projects spanned land loans, construction, expansions and refinancings, and in his last year with the bank Aaron originated over $100 million of credit mainly through bank bonds and letter of credit financings. While at the bank Aaron completed Sovereign’s Credit Risk Management training program, graduating with honors.
Aaron received a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Communication from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University. He currently serves as Finance Committee Trustee for Hebrew Senior Life, a large regional non-profit senior living system.
