Cushman & Wakefield today announced the sale of Mountain View Industrial Center, a 327,084 square foot Class A warehouse/distribution project located in Redlands, CA. Executive Director Jeffrey Cole and Executive Director Jeff Chiate of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group led the transaction team, representing Canyon Capital Realty Advisors in the sale to Industrial Income Trust.
Cole said, "Industrial Income Trust understood that Mountain View Industrial Center's newer, state-of-the-art industrial buildings would be able to attract discriminating users needing high clearance, ESFR and spacious yards well into the future."
