Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Occupier and Investor Services, in partnership with the University of Central Florida Foundation, received top honors in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) 2011 The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards, for the UCF Foundation building, University Tower.

Located in Research Park, the six-story University Tower won in its category, Corporate Facility, and also received the highest score of all Orlando buildings in all categories, including downtown landmarks, suburban office parks, and industrial office buildings. Entries were awarded points based on inspection and assessment of management attributes such as tenant relations, emergency preparedness, energy conservation and community impact.

Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Occupier and Investor Services Portfolio Manager, Mike Agnew pointed to the commitment of the building's management team as key to achieving excellence. "This award is the result of many months of hard work," said Agnew. "It would not have been possible without the personal dedication of every member of our UCFF team , as well as continuous support from our client, The University of Central Florida Foundation."

Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Occupier and Investor Services has managed the UCF Foundation portfolio of buildings in Research Park since 2006. BOMA TOBY winners advance to compete regionally and internationally.
