Cushman & Wakefield today announced the completion of a 38,500 square foot office/laboratory lease at 3 Highwood Drive in Tewksbury. Cushman & Wakefield's team led by Matt Adams, Rich Ruggiero, Torin Taylor and Rory Walsh, represented the landlord, BPG Properties, Ltd (BPG). The tenant is Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, Inc. (CIL).

At nearly 105,000 square feet, 3 Highwood Drive is one of three Class A office buildings comprising Highwood Office Park, home to a broad range of amenities including a full service hotel, restaurant, health club, café and fitness center. Centrally located in Boston's northern suburbs, the park is situated within 30 minutes of Boston and Logan International Airport and is within five miles of both Interstate 93 and Route 3.
