Cushman & Wakefield Selected to Manage Iconic Class A Office Building in Washington, DC

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained by affiliates of Beacon Capital Partners, LLC to provide both leasing and property management services to the Army and Navy Club Building, the iconic office building at 1627 Eye Street NW in Washington, DC.

The Class A office building's major tenants include the Army and Navy Club, Cozen O'Connor, the Williams Companies and the New York Times Company.

Cushman & Wakefield's leasing team includes Michael Katcher, Executive Director; Scott Russi, Senior Director; and Theo Slagle, Associate.

"Cushman & Wakefield is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Beacon Capital on such an iconic asset in Washington, DC," Katcher said. "We look forward to bringing the full integration of our property management and leasing services to enhance the tenant experience at the building."

The building is located one block from the Metro in the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District. The 110,000-square-foot building, which retains its original 1912 façade, received the Gold LEED Certification for Existing Buildings in 2012.
