San Francisco-based Shorenstein Properties LLC has awarded Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) the exclusive agency leasing assignment for 1875 K Street NW, a 178,000-square foot class A office building in Washington’s Central Business District. The addition of the landmark office building increases C&W’s Washington area portfolio of leased and/or managed properties to more than 20.9 million square feet.
Cushman & Wakefield’s leasing team on this assignment includes Brian Raher, Executive Vice President; Scott Russi, Senior Director; and Josh Kreider, Associate.

The structure includes ground-floor retail and a corner tower that extends from street level to the rooftop penthouse. It is also a LEED Gold-certified property and currently 68% occupied.
