Fortis Property Group, LLC, a real estate investment, operating and development company based in Brooklyn, New York, has awarded Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. (C&W) the exclusive agency leasing assignment for The Colonnade, a 1,051,641-square foot Class-A office building in Addison, Texas. The addition of the landmark office building increases C&W’s Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio of leased and/or managed properties to more than 15.6 million square feet.

It is one of the premiere properties in the Southwest and we look forward to helping Fortis achieve their investment goals,” said Mark Dickenson, head of Investor Services in C&W’s Dallas office. C&W’s Investor Services group has added 9.4 million square feet of leasing and/or management assignments in the Dallas/Fort Worth area during the past six months.

The Colonnade is located on the southwest corner of Arapaho Road and Dallas North Tollway near the 70-acre Addison Circle mixed-use urban development. The structure includes three towers of office space connected by a vaulted glass atrium featuring a variety of amenities. The Colonnade, a LEED Silver Certified property, is currently 87% leased with lead tenants including Zurich North America, Hilton Worldwide and United Surgical Partners.
Fortis Property Group has acquired or developed approximately 8 million square feet of property throughout the United States, with an emphasis on the Northeast and Dallas markets. In addition to The Colonnade, Fortis Property Group owns Harwood Center in Downtown Dallas, also leased by C&W.
