Cushman & Wakefield today announced the completion of a 10,000 square foot lease at Adams Place in Quincy which will serve as a new headquarters facility for Dellbrook Construction enabling it to further expand its existing operations. Cushman & Wakefield Director, Stephen Woelfel represented the tenant, Dellbrook, in the transaction. The landlord is Commonweal REIT and was represented by Cassidy Turley.
Established in 2005, Dellbrook Construction provides a full range of construction services in both the public and private sectors. The company is led by its President, Michael Fish, and is one of the Northeast’s fastest growing construction companies. Dellbrook is experienced with a variety of building types and construction methods in ground-up construction, rehabs and additions. “Adams Place offers Dellbrook Construction the necessary expansion capabilities as their business continues to grow,” says Woelfel.
One Adams Place is a 124,777 sf Class A office building that featuring a beautifully renovated and impressive five-story atrium.
