JACK RESNICK & SONS TAPS CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD AS EXCLUSIVE LEASING AGENT FOR ONE SEAPORT PLAZA AT 199 WATER STREET

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Jack Resnick & Sons has appointed the real estate firm as exclusive leasing agent for One Seaport Plaza at 199 Water Street, located between John and Fulton Streets.

A Cushman & Wakefield team led by John Cefaly, Andrew Peretz, Robert Constable, Gregory Scott, Joseph Harkins, and Courtney Adham will serve as exclusive leasing agent. The firm’s leasing efforts will complement and extend the Resnick Organization’s leasing expertise, led by Brett Greenberg and Dennis Brady.
