Solomon Associates, the leading performance improvement company for the global energy industry, has leased 28,860 square feet of office space in One Lincoln Centre and will be moving its worldwide headquarters to the North Dallas property in June 2013.
Solomon currently occupies approximately 27,000 square feet at Two Galleria Tower. Matt Heidelbaugh, Billy Gannon and Bob Edge from the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. represented Solomon in the site selection and lease negotiations, along with Bob Kelly from Cushman & Wakefield’s Hartford, Connecticut office. Mark Dickenson, Matt Schendle and Meredith Durham of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. represented Lincoln Centre in the transaction.
“It’s been exciting to work with Solomon to find a new headquarters for this international company that works with major energy companies in more than 70 countries around the world,” said Mr. Heidelbaugh.
“Energy companies worldwide are increasingly seeking out new ways to improve operations and remain competitive, which is fueling our company’s growth,” said Dale Emanuel, Solomon’s president and CEO. “Our move to Lincoln Centre will help us to better accommodate this growth now and in the years ahead.”
Solomon will occupy the 14th floor of One Lincoln Centre, located at 5400 LBJ Freeway. The firm will locate 75 employees at the new headquarters location.
“Lincoln Centre’s location and amenities made it a logical choice for Solomon’s headquarters,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Schendle. “We welcome them to the roster of premier companies that lease space there.”
One Lincoln Centre features 446,340 rentable square feet (RSF) and is part of a three-building office complex with more than 1.6 million RSF combined. The portfolio is owned by TIAA-CREF and, with the addition of HSB Solomon Associates, is 96% leased.
