Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Guideposts, the faith-based not-for-profit organization, has signed a long-term lease in a relocation to 110 William Street, located on the northeast corner of John Street in Downtown Manhattan.
Guideposts will occupy 8,599 square-feet of office space on the 9th floor of the 32-story office tower. The organization, which is headquartered in Danbury, Conn., is relocating its New York City office to the Downtown office building from its previous location at 16 East 34th Street.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jamie Katcher, Senior Director, and Carri Lyon, Executive Director, represented Guideposts. Jonathan Dean of Swig Equities, LLC represented the landlord in-house.
“The Downtown Manhattan location was very appealing to Guideposts,” said Katcher. “110 William Street offers high-quality space with the convenience of being located near several major subway lines. Ownership was a pleasure to work with as they were extremely hands-on and accommodating by providing our client with a custom built-out space.”
