Cushman & Wakefield today announced David Kline has joined the firm as Global Property Tax Head in the company’s Valuation & Advisory practice. In his new role, he will focus on expanding C&W’s service and delivery network for property tax and related services on a global basis.
David joins the firm having most recently spent the last two years as a Director at Grant Thornton LLP. While there, he was the Central Region property tax leader and national real estate leader responsible for engagement execution and service delivery for large portfolio clients. David was also responsible for developing relationships with firm clients and prospects in order to increase the size, scope and profitability of the practice. David spent ten years in public accounting with a Big 4 firm where he had similar duties.

Mr. Kline is also an attorney licensed in Texas and Illinois. He has nearly 20 years of experience in representing clients on real estate, property tax, credit & incentives and real estate structuring issues.
Based in Dallas, Mr. Kline received his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University, studied Jurisprudence at Oriel College, Oxford University and received a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law.
