Cushman & Wakefield today announced the completion of a 250,813 square foot office lease renewal at 9 Technology Drive in Westborough, Massachusetts. Cushman & Wakefield’s team of J.R. McDonald, Michael Frisoli, Stephen Woelfel and Rich Ruggiero represented the landlord, Wells REIT II – 9 Technology Drive, LLC. The tenant is Bose Corporation.
