C&W Expands Philadelphia Platform with 3 Top Recruits

-Robert Yoshimura, Joseph Hill, and Bruce Gordon join company’s Philadelphia team

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, today announced Robert E. Yoshimura, Joseph B. Hill, Jr., and Bruce M. Gordon have joined the company’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Yoshimura and Mr. Hill join Cushman & Wakefield’s existing Capital Markets team of Karen Iman and Doug Joseph and will focus on the continued expansion of the company’s investment sales presence involving all asset types throughout the region. Mr. Gordon will drive continued expansion of the firm’s industrial Property Management portfolio. Collectively, the group adds further momentum to Cushman & Wakefield’s strategic growth across market sectors.

Before joining C&W, Messrs. Yoshimura, Hill, and Gordon were with Flynn Company, a prominent owner, developer, and operator of commercial real estate. All were top producers and established themselves among the highest echelon of industry professionals in the Philadelphia Region.

With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Yoshimura was a managing partner at Flynn and will serve as an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield. A former member of the Board of Advisors at Onex Real Estate Partners, L.P., he is an expert in economic/financial analysis of commercial real estate. During his career, he has sold or financed more than $3.5 billion in transactions while participating in numerous nationally significant transactions.

Mr. Hill was a member of Flynn Company’s investment sales group and will serve as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield. With 26 years of industry experience, he has been responsible for the sale of more than $2.0 billion in office, industrial, retail, specialty, and multi-family properties in the past decade. He is an expert in financial analysis with a background in appraisal services.

Mr. Gordon joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Occupier and Investor Services group as a managing director. At Flynn Company, he oversaw the firm’s property management team responsible for more than 25 million square feet of institution owned Class A warehouse/distribution properties. He will work closely with C&W Managing Director Missy Quinn focusing on continued growth of the firm’s industrial property management portfolio.
