Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group Forms Real Estate Due Diligence Practice

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, today announced Ron Turner has joined in the company’s Valuation & Advisory (“V&A”) Group as a Managing Director.

Mr. Turner will head the newly formed Real Estate Due Diligence practice group within V&A. In his new role, he will focus on providing clients with full due diligence and underwriting assistance on individual real estate investments and portfolios. These due diligence services can be provided at any stage in the real estate investment or lending process, which is especially beneficial when a client needs further understanding on the risk and reward characteristics of the property. Mr. Turner is based in San Francisco.

“We view this service as an extension of our core services and are positioning it more at the earlier stage of the Valuation & Advisory life cycle, before an asset or portfolio is acquired or disposed,” said John D. Busi, Executive Vice President, Global Head of Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory. “With Ron’s hiring and the creation of this new practice group, we look forward to offering our clients the outside expertise they need during this process.”

With over eighteen years in the commercial real estate business, Mr. Turner most recently was a Managing Principal at Outlier Financial, where he specialized in underwriting and due diligence support for the commercial real estate industry.
