Cushman and Wakefield is pleased to announce that Mark Richardson, Executive Director, and Jackie Raff, Senior Director, have joined C&W’s Occupier Services team, based in the Washington, D.C. office. We are very excited to add the duo to the Washington, D.C. region. They demonstrate the Cushman & Wakefield guiding principles of integrity and respect, collaboration and trust, and confidence and mentorship.
Mark has 27 years experience in commercial real estate, including 21 years at Transwestern where he most recently served as an Executive Vice President and a member of the National Board of Directors. During his time at Transwestern, he worked on behalf of fortune 500 companies, non-profit associations and law firms as well as owners. Mark is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Georgetown Preparatory School and is also currently Chairman of the Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart Board of Trustees and is a recent past President of the board at Imagination Stage, a world class children’s theater in Bethesda, MD. Mark graduated from Georgetown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He also completed studies in international finance and comparative business policy at Brasenose College, Oxford University, England.
Jackie brings eight plus years experience in commercial real estate to C&W. She previously was a Senior Vice President at Transwestern, where she worked closely with Mark Richardson to provide corporate and tenant advisory representation services to the D.C. office market. She began her career at Legg Mason as an Assistant Trader. Jackie volunteers her time to causes Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and Catholic Charities. She graduated from the College of William and Mary, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and played lacrosse.
