Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has closed a 61,000-square-foot lease with Career Sports & Entertainment Inc. (CSE) at Interstate North Office Park in Atlanta’s Northwest submarket. The sports and entertainment marketing firm, which currently occupies space at Galleria Office Park, will establish its new headquarters at 150 Interstate North, boosting its leased space from 35,000 to 61,000 square feet.
The 15-year lease takes effect March 1, 2014. Caroline Nolen and Porter Henritze of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office represented the landlord, Interstate North Office Park L.P.
“The 150 Interstate North building provides CSE a great location with excellent access to I-75 and I-285, and it’s only two miles from the firm’s current offices. More importantly, the lease will enable CSE to occupy the entire building and customize the space to meet its media production and other specialized requirements,” Caroline Nolen said. “CSE invites many high-profile clients to its offices, and the firm envisions this as a great opportunity to entertain and wow customers. We’re very pleased to close this lease with CSE and provide ample space to accommodate its long-term growth.”
Located adjacent to the I-75/I-285 interchange, Interstate North Office Park comprises 11 buildings totaling 1 million square feet. The 150 Interstate North building also offers a natural setting, with a creek at the back of the property.
