Cushman & Wakefield of Maryland, Inc. is pleased to have represented Reliable Churchill, LLLP, the largest wine and spirits distributorship in Maryland and member of The Charmer Sunbelt Group, in a lease for a new 449,299 square foot build-to-suit headquarters building at Baltimore Crossroads @95 in White Marsh. This will consolidate Reliable Churchill's office and warehouse operations into a state-of-the-art facility. The new headquarters will be developed by Chesapeake Real Estate Group LLC on behalf of the landlord, Industrial Income Trust, Inc.
The facility will consist of 50,000 square feet of office and 400,000 square feet of warehouse space, and will accommodate approximately 500 employees. The new development is expected to be completed in March 2014 with the building delivery date in August 2014.
