Stratford has signed a lease for just under 60,000 square feet at 2900 Eisenhower Ave., a five-story building owned by Philadelphia-based Rubenstein Partners. The lease brings the building to full occupancy. In addition to its main campus in Falls Church, the university has campuses in Woodbridge, Richmond, Newport News, Virginia Beach and Baltimore.
