Cushman & Wakefield announced today that its Atlanta office has hired Laurie Harper, a commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of property management experience, as Portfolio Manager in the firm’s Corporate Occupier & Investor Services group. In her role as a strategic advisor to Cushman & Wakefield’s third-party investor clients, she will provide oversight for office, industrial and retail facilities across metro Atlanta.
“Our clients will benefit greatly from Laurie’s wide-ranging property management and budgeting expertise, and her skill supervising on-site staff and vendors across large portfolios,” said John O’Neill, Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Market Leader. “We’re thrilled to have her on board to help our clients maximize the operational performance and asset value of their commercial real estate assets.”
Harper joins Cushman & Wakefield from Jones Lang LaSalle, where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 2 million square feet of office space and 12 million square feet of industrial properties across Atlanta and Charlotte as a Senior Vice President and Group Manager. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, she was a Regional Director of Finance at Equity Office Properties Trust, where she supervised the financial analysis and accounting functions for that firm’s 15 million-square-foot portfolio of buildings located in Atlanta, New York and Washington, D.C.
