Cushman & Wakefield Represents Carlisle Etcetera in Lease Renewal for 62,761 Square Feet at 423 West 55th Street

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Carlisle Etcetera renewed its lease for 62,761 square feet for a ten-year term at 423 West 55th Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues in Manhattan.

The upscale women’s clothing line leased space for its corporate headquarters on the lower level, third and fifth floors of the building. The new lease commences in January 2015. The building is owned by The Winter Organization.

Carlisle Etcetera was represented by David Rosenbloom, Emily Weber, and Richard Nocom of Cushman & Wakefield. Robert Fink of the Winter Organization represented the landlord.

“Carlisle Etcetera is the largest women’s fashion direct sales company in the U.S. and this location positions the company to continue in its upward growth mode,” said Mr. Rosenbloom, a Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director.
