Cushman & Wakefield announced today that its Atlanta office has hired Chad Koenig as Senior Director in its Office Tenant Advisory group. Koenig, a top producer with more than 15 years of commercial real estate expertise, joins Cushman & Wakefield from NAI Brannen Goddard, where he had worked since 1999, most recently as Managing Director.
In his role within Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Tenant Advisory practice, Koenig will provide strategic occupancy consulting and representation for tenants in regards to office relocations, renewals, consolidation, sub-lease dispositions and other requirements. As a top producer at NAI Brannen Goddard, he was recognized as a Million Dollar Club member by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and was a member of the firm’s Gold Club from 2003 to 2013, leasing 5 million square feet of office space in transactions totaling more than $500 million.

He’s a Million Dollar Club member of both the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Georgia Association of Realtors and is active in the Atlanta community and commercial real estate sector as a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber (Economic Development Committee and Education Committee), Director of the Cumberland Office Park Association, and a member of the National Association of Realtors and Young Council of Realtors.
A licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Georgia, Koenig earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University.
