Cushman & Wakefield announced today that its Atlanta Tenant Advisory group represented Lexus in a 33,224-square-foot lease renewal in Alpharetta, Ga. The long-term renewal maintains the luxury automaker’s Southeast area operations at 11540 Great Oaks Way in Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Gary Waddell and Laura Stephens represented Lexus in the lease transaction. Elliott Grand of CBRE represented the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors.
The building serves as the car company’s Southern Area Office, housing administrative offices and a technical training facility. Lexus has occupied space at Great Oaks Center office park since May 1999.
“We’re pleased to represent Lexus in its third lease renewal at Great Oaks and retain its Southeast area operations in Alpharetta,” Waddell said. “The building provides Lexus an excellent location near Georgia 400 and unique space to accommodate both administrative and dealer-training functions.”
Located one mile from Georgia 400 and a mile-and-a-half from North Point Mall, Great Oaks Center comprises four single-story office buildings constructed in 1999.
