Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Jon Mayeske, a top-producing broker in the firm’s New York office, has joined C&W’s Atlanta office as Director in the Brokerage Services group. In his role, Mayeske will provide strategic consulting and brokerage services for a wide variety of high-profile private and not-for-profit office clients that have repeatedly retained his expertise and services.
A native of south Atlanta (Fairburn, Ga.), Mayeske is relocating from New York to the Buckhead area of Atlanta with his wife, Anna, and two children, ages four and six months.

Mayeske was a Director in the Tenant Advisory practice in Cushman & Wakefield’s New York office for the past eight years. During that time, he has developed a highly specialized expertise in representing domestic and international tenants.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to take my experience working in Cushman & Wakefield’s global headquarters in New York and translating that to the Atlanta office. I think it’s a great fit,” Mayeske said.
His recent lease signings include a 101,600-square-foot lease with Internap Network Services Corp.; an 84,981-square-foot lease with MBIA Inc.; a 28,681-square-foot lease with Seamless North America LLC (now GrubHub Inc.); a 21,100-square-foot lease with xAd, Inc.; a 35,000-square-foot lease with Lacoste USA; and a 48,614-square-foot lease with Penn Mutual.
Mayeske attended Woodward Academy locally and he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance from Northern Arizona University. His professional and community involvement includes serving as a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, a board member of R Baby Foundation and a mentor and tutor with Year Up New York City.
