C&W Names Two Key Members to U.S. Facilities Management Services Team

Cushman & Wakefield announced today two new appointments to the U.S. Facilities Management Services executive team led by Roger Gonzalez, Senior Managing Director, U.S. Head of Facilities Management.

Scott Offermann joins the firm as a Managing Director and Gary Graham joins as a Director. Mr. Offermann will serve as U.S. Critical Operations Manager and Mr. Graham will serve as U.S. Director of Energy Management.

“These two executive appointments reinforce C&W’s leadership in delivering global Facilities Management services and expand our capabilities in the U.S.,” Mr. Gonzalez said.

Mr. Offermann will offer technical guidance and support for client teams providing service delivery to data centers, call centers, high-tech facilities and manufacturing facilities. He is based in Phoenix. Mr. Offermann most recently served as Manager, Americas, for a major software client of C&W. Prior to joining C&W, he held positions with international distribution, manufacturing, retail and national health care organizations. He brings 25 years of facilities and critical operations experience including managing nearly 500,000 sf of data center space, distribution, manufacturing, lab environments, emergency power plants, primary substations, building infrastructure and business critical operations. Mr. Offermann is a Certified Facilities Manager, Certified Energy Manager and a Member, British Institute of Facilities Management. He earned his BS at Arizona State University.

Mr. Graham brings 30 years of experience helping clients assess, develop and implement energy and sustainability programs. He is based in Chicago. Mr. Graham spent 11 years with JLL as Senior Vice President in the Energy and Sustainability Services practice, where he led JLL to four ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year awards. He’s also worked with Johnson Controls, Southern California Edison, Edison Source, Northern States Power and PG&E Energy Services. Mr. Graham is a Certified Energy Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional. He holds a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
