Environmental Engineering & Contracting, Inc. (“EEC”) has signed a lease for the 18th floor at City Plaza, with Cushman & Wakefield representing the landlord, Greenlaw Partners, in the transaction, and EEC represented by Lee & Associates.

The property, located at 1 City Blvd West in Orange, will house the corporate headquarters of EEC, a national environmental consulting firm that specializes in wastewater, storm water, regulatory compliance and assessment and remediation of soilEE and groundwater. The company plans to relocate from its current Santa Ana, CA office to City Plaza in September 2014.

“After an extensive search, EEC is thrilled to have found its new home at City Plaza. Our proximity to business and entertainment landmarks will help propel our business by increasing our visibility to prospective clients and attracting high-caliber employees. Best of all, the panoramic views from the new office will reflect our newly refined image to clients and employees alike,” said Mark Zeko, EEC Vice President and Principal Hydrogeologist.
