Subaru of America Signs Lease at Plaza Tower

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Subaru of America signed an 8,701-square-foot lease at Plaza Tower. The space will house the automaker’s new west coast corporate operations. Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Kaplan, Robert Lambert and Matt Moore represented Plaza Tower in the transaction.

“Subaru chose Plaza Tower for its new office location because of the amenities, including restaurants, hotels, proximity to South Coast Plaza and airport access,” said Robert Lambert, Director with Cushman & Wakefield. “It’s always refreshing when a company opens a new office in Orange County - it illustrates continued economic growth and the allure that is Southern California. Many businesses are drawn to the area because of the expansive labor force and beautiful weather.”

Subaru of America plans to occupy the space by September 2014.

Plaza Tower is a 21-story, Class “A” office building designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli. The 470,000-square-foot building is located next to the 405 freeway in Costa Mesa.
