Lobinsky, Herring and Ridgway Join Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has hired the Agency Leasing team of Executive Director Deanna Lobinsky, Executive Director Travis Herring, Director Katherine Ridgway, and Brokerage Coordinator Jessica Lunsford in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.

Lobinsky, Herring, Ridgway, and Lunsford come to Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where they created one of South Florida’s most dominant agency leasing teams with nearly 50 years of shared experience and a combined transaction volume in excess of $2.5 billion.

Lobinsky is an expert in the field of office agency leasing. With CBRE, she managed a 3.5 million-square-foot office portfolio in Broward County and has established an office leasing track record valued at nearly $1.5 billion during her 20-year career. Her client list includes blue chip ownership groups such as CNL, TA Realty Associates, New Boston Fund, Fifteen Group, TM Real Estate Group, Torburn Partners and KBS.

Lobinsky is a member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida.

Herring specializes in the leasing and sale of office properties owned and operated by institutional and private landlords throughout South Florida. He has completed more than 800 transactions in his career valued at more than $1 billion. His client list is extensive and includes large regional stakeholders such as California State Teacher’s Retirement System, Ivy Realty, Invesco Realty Advisors, Dividend Capital, and PNC Realty.

Herring is a member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University.

Ridgway has been a member of Lobinsky and Herring’s agency leasing team since 2011. Most recently, she and the team closed the two largest office lease transactions completed in Broward County in the past 20 years. Her client list includes BlackRock, RREEF, PNC Realty, California State Teacher’s Retirement System, and Ivy Realty.

Ridgway is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of the Bergstrom Council of Real Estate, and former Director of ICSC’s Next Generation Florida. She holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.

Lunsford has helped manage the team for more a decade. She has extensive experience in both marketing and client-related services.

The hiring of Lobinsky, Herring, Ridgway, and Hunsford highlights Cushman & Wakefield’s continued effort to fortify its South Florida ranks with top-tier talent. The company’s merger with DTZ in September infused its ranks with a slew of incredibly talented professionals. In early October, Director Kevin D. Landers was hired in the West Palm Beach office. In August, Cushman & Wakefield opened an eighth Florida office in Stuart housing a nine-person team of Valuation & Advisory professionals led by Managing Director Scott Powell.
