Cushman & Wakefield Promotes Andrew McDonald to Executive Managing Director/Market Leader of Greater Los Angeles/Orange County

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Andrew McDonald has been promoted to Executive Managing Director and Market Leader of Greater Los Angeles-Orange County.

“Andrew is a master at building lasting relationships inside the firm and with clients,” said Mike Smith, West Region President for Cushman & Wakefield. “His commitment to placing the client first and always working to find the optimal solution sets Andrew apart.”

In this role, Andrew will oversee the region's strategic business objectives, recruitment and continued growth of the firm's primary business lines in Greater Los Angeles-Orange County, which is comprised of more than 500 professionals in West Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire.

A well-known and respected veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Mr. McDonald joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 under the company's merger with Cushman Realty Corporation. Mr. McDonald has consistently ranked amongst the firm's top brokerage professionals, negotiating over 600 transactions totaling more than 9 million square feet.

Mr. McDonald has been a repeat guest lecturer at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and has been recognized by numerous trade and news organizations as a leading commercial office broker.
