Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Andrew McDonald has been promoted to Executive Managing Director and Market Leader of Greater Los Angeles-Orange County.

In this role, Andrew will oversee the region's strategic business objectives, recruitment and continued growth of the firm's primary business lines in Greater Los Angeles-Orange County, which is comprised of more than 500 professionals in West Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire.

A well-known and respected veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Mr. McDonald joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 under the company's merger with Cushman Realty Corporation. Mr. McDonald has consistently ranked amongst the firm's top brokerage professionals, negotiating over 600 transactions totaling more than 9 million square feet.
Mr. McDonald has been a repeat guest lecturer at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and has been recognized by numerous trade and news organizations as a leading commercial office broker.
