Scottsdale Road in Phoenix. The Fortune 1000 company is relocating its corporate headquarters from North Carolina to Arizona by year-end, with plans for over 100 executive and management positions.
The Cushman & Wakefield team of Jeff Hartland and Scott Boardman represented the landlord, Hines, during the lease transaction. Tom Adelson with CBRE represented Carlisle Companies.
