- $86 million sale of 85 Fifth Avenue, a retail cooperative unit on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 16th Street in Manhattan’s Ladies’ Mile Historic District
- $85 million sale of 180 Livingston Street, a Class-A office property located between Smith and Hoyt Streets in Downtown Brooklyn
