Cushman & Wakefield Ranked NYC’s #1 Building Sales Firm for the 15th Consecutive Year

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce its #1 ranking for the fifteenth consecutive year on CoStar’s list of Top Brokerage Firms for NYC Commercial Property Sales. According to CoStar data, in 2015, Cushman & Wakefield handled 334 transactions totaling over $4.3 billion dollars.

  •  $86 million sale of 85 Fifth Avenue, a retail cooperative unit on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 16th Street in Manhattan’s Ladies’ Mile Historic District 
  •  $85 million sale of 180 Livingston Street, a Class-A office property located between Smith and Hoyt Streets in Downtown Brooklyn
