Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, today announced that Lynda Gallagher, MAI has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director to lead the Valuation & Advisory group in Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia. Based out of Washington, DC, Ms. Gallagher will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of the V&A group, including creating and implementing the growth strategy for the region.
With more than 25 years in the real estate industry, Ms. Gallagher has provided valuation services for a wide range of properties including regional malls, lifestyle and outlet centers, urban retail, CBD and suburban office buildings, parking garages and mixed-use and special-use properties.

Ms. Gallagher joins Cushman & Wakefield from National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc. where she served as a Director, providing valuation and consulting services to a variety of clients including pension funds, financial institutions, developers and corporations. Prior, she served as Executive Managing Director at Landauer, where she was responsible for portfolio management, quality control, due diligence, and appraisal services and served as the senior manager of the Midwest Region. Immediately preceding her tenure at Landauer, Ms. Gallagher worked for CBRE for over a decade in Washington, DC and Chicago, Illinois, and co-founded and served as co-director of their Retail Valuation Group.

Ms. Gallagher received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. She is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and is currently licensed in multiple states.
