Cushman & Wakefield Invests in St. Louis, will Add 600 New Jobs

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm will add 600 new jobs in St. Louis by 2019. To support this growth, Cushman & Wakefield has leased 92,000 square feet at 575 Maryville Centre. 

With this expansion, Cushman & Wakefield will earn Missouri Statewide Works incentives based on the creation of 600 new, full-time jobs and a significant investment in real and personal property.

The company is growing and consolidating its offices in St. Louis for expansion of its Global Occupier Services and Property Client Accounting groups, which serve national and global clients, as well as expansion of shared services, including Human Resources, IT and Accounting.
