Cushman & Wakefield Represents Landlord in Inland Empire Transaction
CORONA, Calif. – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Terreno Realty Corporation has fully leased an 89,919 square foot industrial building in Corona (Riverside County), Calif to Wellco Industries. The Class A industrial building is located at 2095 California Avenue in Southern California’s prominent Inland Empire market. Vista-based Wellco Industries, a company that creates and promotes technology products for construction, electricity and landscape design, signed a long-term deal and will utilize the facility for e-commerce use.

2095 California sits on a rare oversized parcel of nearly 5 acres. The nearly 90,000 square foot high-quality facility features approximately 9,400 square feet of office, multiple dock loading positions, 24 foot clear height, 42 trailer parking stalls, and a large secured yard area. The building is well located adjacent to Interstate 15 and provides excellent access to State Route 91.
