CHICAGO – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Dan Pufunt has joined the firm as the Asset Services East Region Lead.
Mr. Pufunt will be responsible for growing Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services business in the East, currently consisting of nearly 360 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. He will focus on client care, team engagement, cultivating best practices, executing consistent processes and procedures and recruiting top industry professionals.
He joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL Americas, where he was responsible for both the long-term strategic direction and the day-to-day operations of the firm’s national property management business. Previous to his JLL role as President, Investor Property Management, Dan was Chief Operating Officer, Investor Services, through which he oversaw and managed the operating side of the business for investor clients, including property management, brokerage, and project management practices.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Pufunt will report to Shawn P. Mobley, President for the East Region, and Marla Maloney, President of Asset Services for the Americas.

Mr. Pufunt earned his BBA degree from Loyola University in Chicago.
