Terry Rennaker Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Managing Director, PDS
CHICAGO – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Ken Loeber has joined the firm as President, Project & Development Services (PDS), Americas, and Terry Rennaker has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director in PDS.
Loeber is responsible for the development of Cushman & Wakefield PDS service delivery and expansion across the Americas, which includes Project Management, Development Management and Program Management for both market based and account based clients. He will report to Tod Lickerman, Cushman & Wakefield Chief Executive of the Americas. Rennaker will report to Loeber and focus on enhancing client services within PDS as well as expanding specialty practices including Critical Environments.

Loeber and Rennaker are based in Charlotte and most recently were founding principals of Eagle Rock partners, a specialty project management firm focused on corporate project and development management. They have worked together in a variety of capacities over 15 years and have delivered projects and services all over the world for a full range of asset types, including office, mission critical, health care, industrial and retail.
Prior to Eagle Rock, Loeber held senior leadership roles with Foundry Commercial, CBRE and Trammell Crow Co., serving as President of Foundry Commercial and Global Chief Sales Officer for CBRE. He brings 24 years of experience in assisting clients in developing strategies and action plans to identify market opportunities and paths for service improvement and greater efficiency and transparency in the delivery of complex projects and programs.
Rennaker held senior leadership roles with Skanska USA Building Inc., CBRE and Trammell Crow Co. prior to Eagle Rock. At Skanska, he served as Vice President and was responsible for guiding the re-envisioning of the data center as well as management of integrated solutions development. As a Director at CBRE, he led design and construction for a $700 million program for two data centers as well as the CBRE Global Knowledge Network for Critical Properties. He has successfully directed the completion of more than $4 billion in projects, primarily data centers.
With Loeber and Rennaker joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gary Helminski will transition to Head of Development Management and focus on growing Development Management Services. Since joining the company in 2008, Helminski has helped design the PDS team and its end-to-end process for workplace environments. An industry leader in development management, his clients include Apple, Google, Fannie Mae, Capital One, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Centene.
