Cushman & Wakefield Nabs Team of Industry Veterans to Lead and Expand Ohio Operations

Global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced today that industry veteran Bruce Daubner, MAI, AI-GRS, FRICS, ASA, will lead its Valuation & Advisory team across Ohio as a Senior Managing Director and Regional Leader.

Daubner joins Cushman & Wakefield from Seebus Valuation, which he served as president. His former team at Seebus, including David Isaacs, MAI, Chad Harrison, MAI, and Landan Stahler, also will join him at Cushman & Wakefield.

“Bruce and his team are a talented group of appraisers that have a long-standing reputation in the industry,” said Nicole Urquhart-Bradley, President of Valuation & Advisory in the Americas for Cushman & Wakefield. “Expanding our Ohio operations with the leadership and expertise of this incredible team will ultimately allow us to better serve our clients. This is an incredibly high-profile win for Cushman & Wakefield, and we’re thrilled to welcome Bruce, David, Chad, and Landan into our ranks.”

Prior to Seebus, the team was at Integra Realty Resources, where they were actively engaged in the appraisal of various asset classes for a diverse mix of clients. They will be based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Columbus office.

“The Cushman & Wakefield brand is recognized throughout the industry and around the world as an expert in providing sophisticated, nuanced services to support the complex needs of its real estate clients,” said Daubner. “It was an easy decision to combine our expertise and capabilities with a firm of this caliber to support the growing real estate valuation needs in the region, and we’re excited to get started.”
