CHICAGO – Global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield today announced the addition of two directors to its Valuation & Advisory (V&A) team in New York and Philadelphia. The move bolsters the immense expertise in the firm’s Machinery & Equipment group, whose experts have a unique combination of industry-specific knowledge and global reach to serve clients on all types of valuations.
Lee Dorf has been active in the appraisal profession since 1997 and has extensive experience in the planning and execution of diverse tangible asset valuation services for boutique, as well as top accounting and auditing firms. He joins the Cushman & Wakefield family after spending nearly a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as a member of the Tangible Asset Valuation group, where he was the National fixed assets audit assist leader and oversaw formal reviews of valuation reports prepared on behalf of the firm's audit clients. Also, Lee was the team healthcare sector specialist and led the initiatives for this industry. He will join Cushman & Wakefield in Philadelphia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.
Anthony Festa, ASA, joins Cushman & Wakefield in New York as a director in the Machinery & Equipment Group. The hires are the latest in a string of key personnel acquisitions for Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory team, which has been expanding their Machinery & Equipment capabilities across the U.S.
