Frank Andrews focuses on the leasing of office space in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor and in Frederick, Maryland. He represents both Landlords in the leasing of their office buildings and Tenants
in their search for office space. During his 27 years with Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, d/b/a Cushman & Wakefield, he has negotiated in excess of
1,000 transactions, representing an aggregate value $450 million and more than five million square feet of office space.

Frank has represented Abrams Development in the leasing of their 1.5 million square foot portfolio in Columbia, Maryland for the past fifteen years. He also represents Emory Properties, Corporate Office
Property Trust, Oekos, the Platt Development Group, Northern Chesapeake Developers, and RREEF Mid-Atlantic in the leasing of their office buildings in Columbia, Maryland. Additionally, he was recently
selected to work on a team for the leasing of Frederick Corporate Park, a 400,000 square foot office / flex park in Frederick, owned by CIM Group.

His tenant representation over the years has included the relocation of AAA Mid Atlantic regional head quarters, Sun Trust Bank regional head quarters relocation in Baltimore Hydro, Womble Caryle,
Total Health Care, Edwards Project Solutions, XL Health, Conmed, Hydo Aluminum, and KinderMender, in the opening of three pediatric urgent care centers in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.
