Mr. Broerman provides global transaction management services, portfolio planning, and performance benchmarking for clients. He has been the lease on-site transaction manager at Allegis Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies (Aerotek, TEKsystems, MarketSource and Major, Lindsey & Africa) for the past six years. With a portfolio that expands over 450 locations in 23 countries, Mr. Broerman has been the primary internal account manager across all sales and finance divisions of the Allegis Group companies.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked for Walk2Campus Properties, preparing financial analysis and evaluating properties for purchase at this pedestrian oriented real estate company with a primary focus on college campuses. Before that, he has experience interning for an architecture firm (Burnes & Associates in Alexandria, VA) and commercial retail developer (Bear Creek Capital in Cincinnati, OH).
